Jr. Analyst, BES, FAS, Accounting Governance - Global Processes

Jr. Analyst, Accounting Governance for Bacardi Enterprises Services supporting 84+ legal entities. Responsibilities include completing Sysaid service requests, providing payment proofs, creating/posting recurring entries, posting journal entries for accruals/allocations/reclassifications/amortizations/write-offs/payroll, reconciling various general ledger accounts, VAT netting, cash/prepaid/accruals/receivables reconciliations, carry forward processes, process standardization/improvement projects, internal controls support, master data in WBS, intercompany non-trade postings, and effective communication with internal clients. Must help ensure GAAP alignment and adherence to Bacardi financial policies, consistently meet SLAs, and support a collaborative finance team. Skills sought include prioritization, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and English communication; SAP and MS Office knowledge are a plus.
