Jr AI Developer

Jr AI Developer supporting SNS mission readiness at Leidos in Atlanta, GA. Responsible for AI-enabled workflow enhancements, configuration and sustainment of incident platforms (WebEOC or equivalent), RBAC implementation, and automation/dashboard development within Microsoft 365. Tasks include documenting configurations, ensuring auditable change records, integrating AI-assisted drafting/summarization and structured data extraction while maintaining human-in-the-loop controls, developing low-code workflows and operational dashboards, and producing compliance documentation and monthly runbooks. Requires collaboration with government reviewers, adherence to NIST SP 800-171 Rev. 3, and delivering configuration guides, runbooks, and training materials; on-call availability to respond to mission alerts within defined recall times. Must be a US citizen or eligible person with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. The role emphasizes government-focused governance, data retention practices, and security/compliance alignment across the SNS program.
