Job Summary
Process and track vendor invoices to support day-to-day Accounts Payable activities. Coordinate information requests from auditors, tax advisors, and external consultants while assisting with the preparation and submission of state and regulatory compliance filings. Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready accounting records by tracking compliance calendars and ensuring all deadlines are met. Manage multiple priorities and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Finance department. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits for a remote position in Kyiv.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, compliance, or a related professional environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate and complete records
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to Accounts Payable, accounting operations, regulatory compliance, or audit support
- Experience coordinating documentation or information requests with auditors, tax advisors, consultants, or other external partners
- Familiarity with compliance calendars, regulatory filings, or deadline-driven financial processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in improving processes
- Eagerness to learn and develop broader knowledge of accounting operations, compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborative, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
