Jr. Accountant Accounts Payable

Job Summary
Process invoices until payment release, handle internal and external communication, and support vendor account maintenance and closing activities. Ensure compliant service delivery across agreed policies and procedures while understanding service level agreements and key performance indicators for Accounts Payable processes. Assist with ad-hoc requests and implement initiatives to improve transaction processing efficiency. Requires high school degree or equivalent experience in accounting, basic finance knowledge, and proficiency in English. Base salary starts at 1530 EUR. Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting end-to-end processes
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress and pressure
- Ability to adapt to new culture and people
- Strong service orientation: strong commitment to customer orientation and understanding of customer needs
- Good communication skills
- Business proficient English
