Job Summary
Jr Account Manager (SMB) at District Photo – hybrid role focused on driving SMB partner revenue growth by expanding existing relationships, acquiring new partners, and surpassing sales targets. Owns the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through growth, retention, and performance management, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Production, Fulfillment, Quality, and Logistics to deliver successful programs and sustained revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships and growth strategy for wholesale and print-on-demand channels, contract negotiations and SLA compliance, onboarding new partners, forecasting and pipeline management, delivering proposals and presentations, and driving partner communications and quarterly business reviews. Requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, data-driven decision making, and the ability to balance multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment. Remote or hybrid arrangements may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Printing or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales support, or business development
- Experience with SMB or channel partner environments strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com) and workflow/project management tools
