Enter obtained data accurately into the ERP system while engaging with sales representatives to gather relevant details. Complete assigned tasks within designated timelines and submit work to your manager. This role requires fluent Japanese, strong math skills, and mechanical typing speed. Fluency in Japanese is required. OMI Specialty products serves airlines, MROs, and OEMs in civil and defense applications. Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese
- Bachelor's degree, with an emphasis in Business or equivalent years of experience
- 1-2 year of prior experience in an office setting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Mechanical speediness in keyboard typing and hotkeys
- Strong math skills, with a solid command of percentages
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; able to interact confidently over the phone
