Job Summary
Jr Account Manager responsible for field sales in assigned accounts, identifying customer needs and applying the company’s value proposition to drive revenue and profitability. Develops strategic relationships with customers and aligns goals with vendor partnerships, creating and managing business and execution plans. Serves as primary customer contact to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and growth, conducts regular business reviews, maintains pipeline and metrics, and collaborates with internal teams to maximize profitable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience of less than 2 years in field sales or account management
- Ability to develop strategic relationships with customers and vendor partners
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Pipeline management and planning abilities
- Proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and margin goals
