Job Summary
Senior-level Private Client Sales Strategy/Business Development Lead for JPMorgan Private Client tasked with identifying and executing cross-firm referral opportunities, scaling Private Client across the enterprise, and building internal COI partnerships. Responsibilities include assessing strategic growth opportunities, designing and launching pilot referral campaigns, maintaining partner relationships across lines of business, and ensuring compliant, scalable outcomes. Requires experience in financial services and/or sales strategy/business development, consultative and project-management capabilities, strong communication, proactive execution, relationship management, and the ability to engage senior management while maintaining a client-first, high-energy approach. Location: New York, NY (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years in directly relevant fields (financial services and/or sales strategy/business development) with strong consultative and project management background
- Ability to design and operationalize business strategies and processes that can be tracked and measured and adhere to controls
- Exceptional communication skills, effective in presenting recommendations to senior management and capable of partnering with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive; takes initiative to identify solutions; executes with a sense of urgency
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to navigate a large, complex organization
- Intellectually curious, client-first mindset, team-oriented, high energy level with passion for driving quantifiable business results
- Experience anticipating and proactively addressing senior management concerns
