Job Summary
Cultivate enduring relationships with high-net-worth clients by discerning their unique aspirations and crafting bespoke financial solutions through comprehensive planning. Present the full JPMorgan Private Client value proposition while sharing market insights to foster trust and drive business growth. Actively acquire new clients and deepen existing partnerships by engaging in in-person consultations and networking with influential referral sources. Develop internal collaborations across business lines to address complex client needs with precision. Uphold a strong risk environment by adhering to all policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures. This role requires 10+ years in Financial Services, FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, and offers a base salary of $150,000 with bi-annual incentive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Financial Services, including affluent or complex relationship management and business development
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and persistence in prospecting efforts to expand business
- Maintain a high-net-worth referral network to develop a new book of business and demonstrate proven success in building trusted client relationships
- Solve complex financial challenges and present innovative solutions with your astute financial acumen and familiarity with holistic financial planning
- Demonstrate a passion for guiding clients through what matters most to them and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to deliver bespoke solutions and exceptional client service
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam
- FINRA Series 7
- FINRA Series 66 (or 63 and 65)
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
