Job Summary
Private Client Business Practices Program/Project Manager (VP) to lead change initiatives, collaborate with product leads, manage smaller projects, communicate complex process improvements to senior stakeholders, and drive adoption with training and procedures. The role requires partnering with function and product leads to adopt change, maintain a change calendar, and deliver initiatives across the JPMorgan Private Client Business Practices Team. Strong organizational, analytical, and storytelling skills are needed to influence decision-making, create executive-level presentations, and build cross-business relationships. A BA/BS degree and 5 years in retail banking-related process/project roles are required, with a proven ability to work autonomously and influence without direct authority. Experience with risk/control concepts and familiarity with control frameworks (CORE, ELA, Obligation mapping) are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required
- 5 years’ experience within retail banking with roles focuses within Process Management, Project Management, Strategy, or Business Management roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with senior management and create executive-level presentations; strong proficiency in MS Suite of products is a must
- Team player with the ability to build strong cross-business relationships
- Ability to work autonomously to drive change, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities; effectively manages competing priorities to achieve optimal results in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Ability to effectively influence without direct authority
- Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts and experience working within Control framework and platforms (CORE, ELA, Obligation mapping)
