Job Summary
Relationship Manager for JPMorgan Payments in Toronto, ON that focuses on engaging and retaining at-risk merchants within the Loyalty & Retention team. Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound calls, leveraging rapport-building and negotiation skills to deliver bespoke solutions, navigating multiple technologies, identifying issues and providing improvements to existing setups, cross-selling value-added products/services to enhance merchants’ processing experience, maintaining meticulous records of communications and next steps, and identifying engagement trends to inform improvements. Requires strong client service, negotiation and sales capabilities, proficiency with MS Office, experience in payments/financial institutions, and familiarity with customer management platforms such as Salesforce, PeopleSoft, EBS, and CST; French language skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Payments or financial institution industry experience
- Familiarity and/or experience with customer management platforms including Salesforce, PeopleSoft, EBS, and CST
- Account management experience
- Negotiation and sales skills
- Complete technology and MS Office proficiency
- Excellent client service skills and experience assisting clients with escalated service issues
- Ability to communicate and work efficiently between teams and departments distributed globally
