Job Summary
Relationship Manager fluent in French and English to join JPMorgan Payments’ Loyalty & Retention team in Toronto. Focused on engaging and retaining at-risk merchants, the role handles inbound and outbound calls, uses rapport-building and negotiation to deliver bespoke solutions, navigates multiple technologies to support clients, identifies issues and improvements, and cross-sells value-added products to enhance processing experiences. Requires strong client-service skills, problem-solving, attention to detail, and experience with customer management platforms; collaboration across globally distributed teams is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Full written and verbal fluency in French & English
- Excellent client service skills and experience assisting clients with escalated service issues
- Negotiation and sales skills
- Complete technology and MS Office proficiency
- Payments or financial institution industry experience
- Familiarity and/or experience with customer management platforms including Salesforce, PeopleSoft, EBS, and CST
- Account management experience
- Ability to communicate and work efficiently between teams and departments distributed globally
