Job Summary
Vice President, Family Engagement & Governance within JPMorgan Wealth Management collaborates with Financial Advisors and client families on family dynamics, governance and decision-making, philanthropy, and multigenerational education. Role involves designing governance frameworks, educating younger generations in wealth stewardship, developing educational materials and curricula, facilitating discussions, and partnering with practice management to drive client impact. Requires 5+ years in family governance with UHNW exposure, a Bachelor’s degree, FINRA SIE within 3 months plus Series 7 and 66, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication and collaboration skills, entrepreneurial drive, and travel up to 25%.

- 5+ years of experience in family governance with exposure to UHNW families
- FINRA licensing: SIE within first 3 months; Series 7, and 66
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for internal projects and client meetings
