Job Summary
Open and close the store daily, manage the sales floor during high-volume periods, and oversee associates to ensure financial goals and service standards are met. Lead sales by building a personal client book, driving store sales through follow-up and outreach, and maintaining showroom design and visual standards. Listen to customer feedback and complaints, empathize with guest needs, and present solutions while sharing insights with product and marketing teams. This role supports retail store financial performance with annual targets between $5-8M, requiring 2+ years of retail sales experience and availability for flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years retail sales experience
- shift supervision experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to routinely move objects weighing over 50 pounds
