Job Summary
Caregivers needed to provide attentive childcare for children aged 6 weeks to 13 years. Responsibilities include engaging with kids through games, crafts, and age-appropriate activities; ensuring safety; meal preparation; light cleanup of play areas and kitchen; and building positive relationships with families. Shifts are available as Full-Time, Part-Time, and Seasonal, with schedules ranging from 4 to 12 hours and weekend options. Competitive pay at $19 per hour, with health benefits for full-time staff, and growth opportunities through training and semi-annual raises. Must have childcare experience, CPR/First Aid certification or be willing to obtain, pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of childcare experience
- Three childcare or professional references
- CPR and First Aid certification or assistance to obtain them
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute up to 30 miles
- Ability to pass a thorough background screening
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
