Engage and care for children aged 6 weeks to 13 years, providing attentive supervision, age-appropriate activities, meal prep, light tidying, and building relationships with diverse families. Roles include Full-Time, Part-Time, and Seasonal sitter schedules with shifts ranging across early mornings to late evenings, weekends possible with full weekday availability. Compensation includes $19/hour with benefits such as health coverage for full-time, paid time off, referral bonuses, travel stipends, and growth opportunities through training and semi-annual raises. Requirements include childcare experience, multiple professional references, CPR/First Aid certification (or assistance to obtain), reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
