Support studio operations and administrative tasks for journalism, sports, and entertainment divisions. Assist with opening and tracking maintenance requests via Qualitor, organizing newsrooms and workspaces, and distributing newspapers and materials. Manage daily canteen routines, including coffee preparation and supply restocking, while controlling and organizing office supplies. Maintain contact with vendors, solicit and follow up on budgets for the purchasing department, and handle document printing and organization. Prepare meeting rooms by verifying lighting, cleanliness, and structural readiness before use.
