Jovem Aprendiz - Importação

Conduct administrative routines involving import documents and processes, including filling out forms and spreadsheets, typing documents, and digitizing files for electronic archives. Organize files and verify processes to prevent errors, while attending to clients and suppliers. Assemble and monitor shipments, and process various payments through banking networks and public agencies. Requires age between 18 and 24, no prior young apprentice experience, and desired knowledge of Office packages and administrative routines. Schedule runs Monday through Friday from 09h to 16h.
