Job Summary
Conduct morning and afternoon production shifts at the Alpargatas facility in Campina Grande, rotating between SENAI theoretical training and practical on-the-job learning. Complete 8 months of classroom instruction at SENAI followed by 4 months of hands-on work within the manufacturing team. Maintain availability during specified morning and afternoon turns to support daily operations and problem-solving initiatives. This 1-year apprenticeship program includes health, dental, and transportation benefits alongside a company cafeteria and group life insurance.
