Job Summary
Conduct real-time supervision of the (F)TTD team across various track, traction, and overhead line applications. Support these drivers in line and equipment studies while certifying their technical knowledge and guiding them through additional competency certificates. Perform control checks on all elements listed in supplementary competency certificates and assist in NSA Rail inspections. Detect risk situations and inform management transparently to correct deviations within the shortest possible timeframe. Teach new technical rolling stock to the team, facilitate onboarding, and execute test runs on lines introducing ETCS or new equipment. Support colleagues such as the TOS and SPOC, assuming their duties when necessary, and maintain your driving qualifications through diverse performance runs.
Required Qualifications
- Erkenning als opleider/examinator door een erkend opleidingscentrum of bereid dit snel te behalen
- Geldige Europese vergunning minimum categorie B met geldig aanvullend bevoegdheidsbewijs
- Diepgaande kennis van de regelgeving betreffende besturing (RDEI, ARE, DRB, ...)
- Goede kennis van techniek (mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatica, ...)
- Doorgedreven lijnkennis
- Minstens 5 jaar rijervaring met treinen
- Kennis van ETCS
- Goede functionele kennis van de tweede landstaal (minstens voor het uitvoeren van besturingsfuncties in het Franstalige landsgedeelte)
