Job Summary
Diagnose residential plumbing issues by assessing system performance and identifying root causes to determine repair or replacement solutions. Maintain and expand technical expertise through ongoing training and certifications while strictly adhering to plumbing codes, OH&S requirements, and company safety policies. Clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers without technical jargon, setting expectations around timelines and outcomes to build trust. Walk homeowners through repair versus replace options, introducing maintenance plans and proactive service options to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Ensure all work is completed safely, with clean worksites and proper use of tools and personal protective equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyperson Plumbing Ticket
- Minimum three (3) year driver's license with a clean abstract
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication abilities
