Job Summary
Conduct PSV installation and removal, grease well-head valves, and fit/tack piping while working with welders. Execute Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures and perform Confined Space Entry tasks. Maintain CSTS-2020, H2S Alive, Aerial Work Platform, and Fall Protection tickets. Operate standard tools of trade in demanding conditions across various work environments. Work Wednesday to Tuesday shifts with 12-hour days, supported by camp accommodations and travel pay after 300 hours. This temporary role in Cold Lake, AB, runs from July/early August 2026 through October 20th, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Journeyperson Steamfitter-Pipefitter certificate/ticket
- PSV installation and removal experience
- Experience with Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures
- Experience greasing well-head valves
- Able to use standard tools of trade work with welders to fit/tack piping & rigging
- Prior Confined Space Entry experience
- CSTS-2020
- H2S Alive
- Aerial Work Platform
- Fall Protection
- Confined Space Entry
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication
- Valid driver's license
- clean 5-year Driver's Abstract with under 6 demerits
- Must have own reliable transportation to site
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions
