Job Summary
Conduct daily troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on sawmill heavy-duty equipment such as forklifts and loaders. Maintain a safe work environment by verifying and documenting all repairs while monitoring product quality. Provide feedback on operational issues and assist in continuous maintenance improvement programs. Weekend and/or shift work may be required. Candidates must hold a Red Seal Certificate and a valid AB driver's license. Previous experience in a sawmill or industrial environment is a strong asset. Required Qualifications
- Red Seal Certificate
- journeyman or inter-provincial certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
- Demonstrated problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Valid AB driver's license
