Job Summary
Journeyperson Carpenter sought to join Ledcor in Edmonton, AB. Responsibilities include reading drawings to prepare layouts, selecting materials, planning sequences and methods, measuring and marking materials, and ensuring concrete forming is accurate with traditional, PERI, Aluma, and EFCO systems. Must verify units for level, square, plumb, and correct size/shape/location; perform tasks safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines per Ledcor safety/quality standards. Qualifications require provincially recognized journeyperson certification in Carpentry, or 5+ years of relevant experience for non-certified journeypersons; strong communication, teamwork, and a valid Class 5 driver’s license with relevant certifications (CSTS-2020, WHMIS 2015, Fall Protection, etc.).
