Job Summary
Perform general mechanical services including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance on passenger cars and light trucks. Collaborate with a skilled team to identify potential mechanical opportunities with the Sales team while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Assist in building the mechanical program by mentoring apprentices and developing future mechanics. Ensure all work protocols and PPE requirements are followed strictly. This role offers a structured schedule with potential advancement to a Lead or Head Tech position.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Automotive Service Technician Red Seal or 310s Licensed Mechanic
- Valid driver's license
- Hands-on experience in front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignment
- Skilled at inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, service, and repair on various vehicles
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Motivated, positive attitude, respectful work environment, and develop team members in a positive atmosphere
- Safety conscious
- Legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada
- Must complete a Canadian Criminal Record Check
