Job Summary
Perform general mechanical services including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance on passenger cars and light trucks. Mentor apprentices by sharing expertise to support their skill development in a learning-focused environment. Collaborate with the Sales team to identify potential service opportunities while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Requires a Red Seal certification, valid driver's license, and three years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments. Full-time role based in Fort Saskatchewan with a starting wage of $37.33 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed as an Automotive Service Technician (Journeyperson/Journeyman or Red Seal certified)
- A valid driver's license
- Brings a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments
- Experienced in performing inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Candidates considered for the role must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada
- A Canadian Criminal Record Check may be required for certain positions as part of the final stages of the hiring process
