Job Summary
Perform general mechanical services including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance on compact cars, domestic vehicles, and light-duty fleets. Mentor apprentices by sharing expertise to support their skill development in a learning-focused environment. Collaborate with a skilled team and identify service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. This full-time, permanent role is based at the ABC location store within a dealership-level shop setup. Starting wages are up to $___ per hour with a clear path to becoming a Lead Technician. Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed as an Automotive Service Technician (Journeyperson/Journeyman or Red Seal certified)
- A valid driver's license
- Brings a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments
- Experienced in performing inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Candidates considered for the role must be legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada
- A Canadian Criminal Record Check may be required for certain positions as part of the final stages of the hiring process
