Job Summary
FLINT is hiring Journeyperson or Apprentice Pipefitters for a permanent role in Fort McMurray, AB. The position involves installing pipes, fittings, and valves as part of the energy and industrial markets, with a focus on maintenance and construction across Canada’s energy sector. The role supports critical infrastructure with emphasis on precision, craftsmanship, and safety. The package includes a 7 days on/7 days off schedule, 12-hour days, camp accommodation, and flights from Calgary or Edmonton, plus benefits after 300 hours worked. Required tickets include Journeyperson or Apprentice Steamfitter/Pipefitter, CSTS 2020, and H2S Alive. Candidates must have reliable transportation to site, a valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year abstract, and must pass drug and alcohol testing due to safety sensitivity. Strong English communication skills are required, along with the ability to work in demanding conditions. - CSTS 2020

- Must have reliable transportation to and from site
- Valid driver’s license with clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with fewer than 6 demerits
- This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
