Job Summary
Perform FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW welding on light gauge steel, aluminum, and stainless steel; read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld specifications; ensure weld quality meets standards; perform maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment; maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment; collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman Welder Certification or minimum 3rd year apprenticeship
- Proven experience with FCAW and GMAW welding (GTAW/TIG preferred for Journeyman)
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with welding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
