Job Summary
Journeyman Test and Evaluation Engineer needed to support developmental and operational testing of complex systems. Responsibilities include supporting development of Integrated Evaluation Frameworks (IEF), developing Test Plans and supporting documentation, executing developmental and operational test events, performing test data analysis, contributing to Test Reports and briefing materials, supporting Modeling & Simulation (M&S) activities including VV&A, preparing M&S accreditation documentation (Accreditation Letters), and applying analytical methodologies to evaluate system performance across multiple domains (undersea, airborne, satellite, shipboard, expeditionary, IW, and mine warfare). Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and a minimum of 2 years in T&E with related certification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Test & Evaluation experience within the last 4 years, including test planning, execution, and analysis
- Experience supporting Modeling & Simulation (M&S) activities and VV&A processes
- DAWIA (or equivalent) T&E Level I / Foundational certification
- Experience applying analytical methodologies to defense systems testing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
