Job Summary
Diagnose and repair all makes and models of construction equipment in the field and in the shop to ensure accurate, timely repairs that maximize customer uptime. Perform top-notch work on heavy diesel machinery while interacting with customers and handling tough jobs with minimal supervision. Maintain a good driving record and provide your own tools as part of daily operations. This role requires five or more years of experience and includes opportunities for advancement within Pape', a fourth-generation family-owned company with the largest equipment inventory in the West.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing all brands of heavy diesel equipment
- Basic computer knowledge
- Self-motivation
- Ability to work under little or no supervision
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Driver's license with a good driving record
- Must provide own tools
- Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Class B CDL
