Job Summary
Install residential HVAC systems, including equipment, ductwork, and related components, while removing and replacing existing units with a focus on job site cleanliness and safety. Perform system start-up, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, codes, and company standards. Complete job documentation with photos and checklists, and communicate clearly with homeowners regarding project scope and system operation. Maintain a clean driving record and pass background and drug screenings, leveraging at least four years of retrofit installation experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record for the past 5 years
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in retrofit installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
