Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including water lines, sewer and drain systems, gas lines, and water heaters. Perform repairs on boilers, backflow systems, lift stations, and grease traps while conducting video inspections and system upgrades. Respond to scheduled service calls and emergency plumbing requests by accurately identifying problems and recommending code-compliant fixes. Communicate clearly with customers, property managers, and dispatchers while maintaining safe, clean work practices. Requires a valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License, two years of professional experience, and ability to work independently with an acceptable driving record. Full-time day-shift and on-call opportunities available in the Greater Houston area.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License
- Minimum 2 years of professional plumbing experience, with hands-on service, repair, or commercial plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
- Ability to work with commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, water lines, sewer and drain systems, and related components
- Ability to read job information, identify plumbing issues, and complete repairs in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field while coordinating effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- Availability for emergency or on-call work
