Job Summary
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping in commercial and residential projects while reading blueprints and interpreting specifications. Inspect systems for leaks or code concerns, test functionality, and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors on jobsite activities. Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company expectations. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials safely; document progress and communicate issues to supervisors. Assist in keeping clean, professional jobsites. Requires Journeyman Plumber license, 3+ years of experience, blueprint reading skills, and ability to lift heavy materials. Salary ranges $25-$35 per hour with a gas card and stipend available.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber license
- 3+ years of plumbing experience in commercial and/or residential construction
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and installation methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding jobsite conditions
