Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems for service calls involving fixtures, piping, water heaters, and pumps. Install and modify commercial plumbing systems on renovation and new construction projects while reading blueprints and specifications. Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate professionally with customers and project managers. Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes and company standards. This role offers a 75% commercial service and 25% new construction mix with typical travel from Castle Rock to Loveland. Active Colorado Journeyman Plumber License required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado Journeyman Plumber License
- Commercial plumbing experience in service, construction, or both
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve plumbing issues
- Experience working with commercial piping systems and fixtures
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to travel throughout the Front Range as needed
