Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, water heaters, drainage systems, and other components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing schematics to determine system layout. Diagnose and repair issues related to system performance or failure. Partner with dispatch, management, and other relevant teams. Perform repair and installation of plumbing fixtures, faucets, liners, and water heaters. Requires 5-10 years of experience in plumbing, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Starting base pay ranges from $35 to $50 per hour, with an up to $2,500 sign-on bonus for experienced journeymen.
