Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems while educating homeowners on their condition and presenting Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options. Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, and preventative maintenance, then perform all work in compliance with local plumbing codes and company standards. Complete accurate estimates and service documentation using mobile technology while maintaining a clean vehicle and professional appearance. Participate in ongoing technical and sales training to improve skills and income potential, consistently achieving performance and customer satisfaction goals.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience
- strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to educate homeowners and present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify additional service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Knowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codes
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work collaboratively with team members
- Committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and an outstanding customer experience on every service call
- Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members
