Job Summary
Assist the local Master Plumber with emergency response, service calls, and job site inspections during normal business hours. Support installation quality by conducting on-site inspections, reviewing permits, and completing pre-installation assessments. Partner with Installation Managers and Master Plumber to help train and develop Installation teams while staying up to date on plumbing codes, industry advancements, and company installation processes. Complete ongoing training, maintain license reporting, and perform additional duties to ensure smooth branch operations. Work Monday through Friday starting at 6:30 AM.
Required Qualifications
- An active Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License, active Rhode Island or active Connecticut Journeyman Plumber License in good standing for designated territory
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
- A passion for using your plumbing expertise to develop the skills of those around you
- Strong attention to detail
