Job Summary
Journeyman Plumber/Foreman leading crews on commercial new-construction projects. Install, assemble, and repair plumbing systems, read blueprints to determine project requirements, coordinate plumbing crews with general contractors and other trades, connect pipes and fixtures, and test systems for leaks while ensuring compliance with building codes. Maintain a safe, organized on-site environment and communicate project progress to management. Requires a valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license, prior commercial/new-construction plumbing experience, and proven leadership capability.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing, with a strong focus on new construction projects
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, building codes, and industry regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively with multiple trades on active construction sites
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
