Job Summary
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings by reading blueprints, inspecting fixtures, and troubleshooting water supply, drainage, and gas lines. Collaborate with contractors to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Maintain accurate work records and provide professional customer service to address concerns. Requires a valid Journeyman Plumber license, three years of experience, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized plumbing apprenticeship program
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
