Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems for water, gas, and drain services. Establish customer rapport to help clients select appropriate products and present repair or permanent solution options. Accurately evaluate system malfunctions, build detailed billing and documentation, and maintain company vehicles and tool inventories. Respectfully coordinate with dispatch and management to ensure smooth job operations. This Journeyman Plumber role requires a Minnesota Journeyman License, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50+ pounds. No nights, weekends, or holidays; 40-hour schedule with optional overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving and criminal record
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings applicable per law
- Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds
- Hold and maintain Minnesota Journeyman License
- Hold or be working toward obtaining Minneapolis/St. Paul Competency Cards
- Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers
- Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through on residential work
- Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
- On-time and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
