Job Summary
Conduct plumbing maintenance and repairs for educational facilities, utilizing a State Plumber License and Journeyman License. Perform daily diagnostic imaging coverage including fixture installation, leak detection, and system troubleshooting across 200 million square feet of daily managed space. Report to Courtney Long for oversight on custodial, maintenance, and grounds programs. This Full-Time 1st Shift role supports HES's exclusive focus on facilities management for over 150 education partners across 29 states.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Minimum 3 years' experience
- State Plumber License
- Journeyman License
