Journeyman Painters/ Floor coatings - Idaho (Accepting Applications)

Prepare concrete substrates using sanding, scraping, power washing, grinding, and media blasting as needed. Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurethane, and urethane cement floor systems, along with primers, paints, stains, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Broadcast and finish decorative or anti-slip media and apply sealers and clear coats to spec. Interpret blueprints, specifications, product data sheets, and work orders to determine coating requirements. Work in confined spaces, at heights, and on scaffolding or lifts while maintaining and cleaning tools, equipment, and work areas. Follow all OSHA and union safety standards and procedures. Collaborate with other trades and project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
