Job Summary
Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to improve reliability and uptime. Adhere to all facility safety and environmental guidelines while actively participating in safety programs. Communicate with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needs. Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and pulling for up to twelve hours per day in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment, including work in high and confined spaces. Flexible work schedule with on-call, weekend, overtime, and holiday requirements.
Required Qualifications
- US work authorization
- 5-10 years of Millwright Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience installing, troubleshooting, & repairing industrial equipment
- Basic knowledge of using computer for record keeping
- Flexible work schedule, on-call, weekends, overtime, and holidays
- Working in high and/or confined spaces
- Performing tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours per day in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment
Desired Qualifications
- 10-15 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience
- Experience with precision alignment of motors, couplings, bearings, pumps & lubrication
- Experience with using precision measuring tools
- Millwright Nccer Certification
- Basic Equipment Vibration Analysis
