Job Summary
Operate as a point of contact for general contractors, subs, and clients while maintaining regular communication with the General Manager, subcontractors, and clients. Read blueprints, technical manuals, charts, and schematics to perform all plumbing work in accordance with code and company standards. Work closely with the purchasing manager to procure materials and efficiently communicate new project needs with field, admin, and accounting teams. Engage in project forecasting, create schedules, and appropriately account for scope and exclusions in all contracts. This position requires a licensed MT Plumbing Journeyman/Master with a valid driver's license to travel to multiple sites regularly in Bozeman, MT. The role involves working in all elements and at heights up to 50 feet, with occasional overtime and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or licensed eligible MT Plumbing Journeyman/Master
- Valid MT driver's license, or ability to acquire within 3 months
- Possess a journeyman/Master level knowledge of building and plumbing codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects over 50 pounds
- Must be able to climb
- Must be able to balance
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to crouch
- Must be able to crawl
- Must be able to sit
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to move
- Must be able to use hands to operate objects, tools, or controls

- Must be able to work in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain, snow
- Must be able to perform work at various heights, up to 50' from ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, cat walks or other safe work areas
- Must be available for travel to multiple sites on a regular basis
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends on occasion
