Job Summary
Conduct industrial maintenance in a foundry setting, performing machine repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on robots and panel circuitry. Utilize knowledge of electrical prints, pneumatics, and 480v3-phase electricity to service machinery while adhering to a 12-hour shift schedule on a 36/48 weekly rotation. Requires a Journeyman card or associates degree, with proficiency in PLCs and Siemens systems preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Journeymans card or associates degree in related field
- 8+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Understanding of machinery electrical prints, pneumatics, and assembly principles
- Proficient with robots, preventative maintenance, panel circuitry, machine repair, 480v3-phase electricity, PLCs
- Possess mechanical and electrical knowledge and utilize a system approach when troubleshooting
- Must be able to work 12 hour shifts on a 36/48 weekly rotation
