Job Summary
Install heating and air conditioning systems while supervising the work of other installers. Troubleshoot and install both residential and light commercial systems, including ductwork, low-voltage systems, refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps. Test and balance systems, and provide your own tools. Lift up to 100 lbs., work in tight spaces, and use a ladder. Maintain NATE certification for all installer certifications. Required Qualifications
- NATE certified for all installer certifications
- Knowledge about ductwork systems, low-voltage systems, refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps
- Ability to troubleshoot and install both residential and light commercial systems
- Ability to test and balance systems
- Ability to provide your own tools
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Leadership ability
- Located in or close to Iowa City
