Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic

Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic needed to perform maintenance and service on property, equipment, and vehicles, including daily maintenance of trucks, trailers, and related equipment. Responsibilities include inspecting operating conditions, diagnosing faults with computerized testing equipment, reading hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical diagrams, repairing or replacing defective parts, testing to ensure compliance with manufacturers' specs and NCSG policies, following all safety rules, attending ongoing training, and mentoring others. Must have Licensed Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Certificate and CVIP License, valid Class 1 driver’s license (clean abstract preferred), 2–3 years’ experience with heavy trucks and oilfield trailers, ability to work in a team, work on-site/in the shop, and bring own tools. CSTS 2020, H2S, First Aid, and CSO required. Location is Calgary, AB, Canada; majority of work in the shop with on-site work as needed.
