Job Summary

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Caterpillar and allied equipment by removing, assembling, and installing components according to manufacturer specifications. Perform independent engine, powertrain, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostics while completing preventative maintenance and service reports using STW. Execute job hazard analyses, maintain clean work areas, and adhere to all safety policies and PPE requirements. Utilize service manuals and technical data to address failures across undercarriage, HVAC, and cab systems. Maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues while utilizing service manuals and technical data to address failures across undercarriage, HVAC, and cab systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Proof of high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Associates degree in diesel technology, trade school diploma
  • Minimum of three years equivalent experience in a Caterpillar or similar environment

  • Valid driver's license
