Job Summary
Journeyman Engineer (AQR) to support Air Force S&T/Acquisition programs at the Pentagon. Responsibilities include studying and recommending program documentation, acquisition strategies, and transition plans; providing impartial assessments of programs approaching milestones and prime contractor issues; researching and analyzing program trends; and communicating technical ideas to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in office IT tools and handling confidential/SECRET information is required. Onsite 5 days/week at the Pentagon.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering specialty
- 3-5 years of acquisition engineering experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
